class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><br \/>Il TPM partecipa al progetto 3D-PIONEER mettendo a disposizione la propria esperienza e le proprie tecnologie avanzate nel campo del bioprinting e dell\u2019ingegneria tissutale.<br \/>All\u2019interno del progetto, il TPM si occupa di realizzare modelli biomimetici tridimensionali (3D), caratterizzati da una struttura standardizzabile e riproducibile, in grado di riprodurre la complessit\u00e0 cellulare e il microambiente del glioblastoma (GBM).<br \/>Oltre alla fase di biostampa, il TPM condurr\u00e0 analisi dedicate alla valutazione della vitalit\u00e0 e della crescita cellulare all\u2019interno dei modelli, nonch\u00e9 alla caratterizzazione istologica dei tessuti ottenuti, per verificare la corretta organizzazione e funzionalit\u00e0 delle cellule biostampate.<br \/>Il TPM vanta una consolidata esperienza nell\u2019impiego della tecnologia di bioprinting per la generazione di tessuti 3D biomimetici che riproducono in modo predittivo e standardizzato l\u2019organizzazione cellulare e il microambiente biologico.<br \/>Le competenze del TPM integrano conoscenze di ingegneria tissutale, biomateriali e normative internazionali relative alla progettazione e produzione di medical devices e farmaci, permettendo la realizzazione di piattaforme su misura a supporto delle attivit\u00e0 di ricerca e sviluppo di aziende biomediche e farmaceutiche.<\/p><p>La biostampa di sferoidi di GBM ottimizzati garantir\u00e0 l\u2019implementazione di test di citotossicita\u0300 in piastre multiwells integrate in sistemi di screening high throughput e high content imaging.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
